Catchy tunes and beautiful faces that you can stare at for ages are two of the things a lot of people look for in a movie and this time with the upcoming movie Baar Baar Dekho. The movie stars Sidharth Malhotra and Katrina Kaif as lead actors and we have never seen a more eye-catching sight before. Most movies now-a-days release their trailer teaser, the trailer and then the songs one by one but that isn’t the case here.
The movie released a music video first that received millions of views in just a few hours of release. The very classics yet catchy tune of “Kaala Chashma” , the music video featured the lead actors and have a glimpse to introduce the supporting actors, one of them being Ram Kapoor.
After the release of the music video fans were awed in appreciation. The pair looked charming together and it is interesting to see them together on screen considering the difference in terms of experience in the film industry. The movie is produced by Dharma Productions which means that the movie is guaranteed to look visually stunning in terms of background setting and costumes.
The music launch of the movie gave us light into what the movie would hold in store. Although there aren’t a large number of songs, there are both soulful slow and energetic songs in the movie. After the massive success of the music, the production finally released the trailer earlier this month.
The trailer looks exciting and is a new take on classic time travel. Although bits of the trailer remind us of “17 Again”, this movie is based on different circumstances and the way it is executed is brilliant. The trailer is exciting and keeps the audience on their feet. It shows Jai (Sidhart Malhotra) being unhappy at the thought of a married life and ends up in a fight with his love, Diya (Katrina Kaif) on the day of their wedding.
After this the trailer takes a turn and shows glimpses as Jai travels in time across years unintentionally and watches his life unfold in-front of his eyes as his marriage in on verge of destruction. He resents his choices and wishes for a second chance. The trailer then sends him back in time to have his happily ever after. As cliché as the movie may sound, the comic scenes and entertaining screen play are definitely worth the watch.
